Article 4

CMW, Article 7: States Parties undertake, in accordance with the international instruments concerning human rights, to respect and to ensure to all migrant workers and members of their families within their territory or subject to their jurisdiction the rights provided for in the present Convention without distinction of any kind such as to sex, race, colour, language, religion or conviction, political or other opinion, national, ethnic or social origin, nationality, age, economic position, property, marital status, birth or other status.

CEDAW, Article 23: Nothing in the present Convention shall affect any provisions
that are more conducive to the achievement of equality between men and women
which may be contained:
(a) In the legislation of a State Party; or
(b) In any other international convention, treaty or agreement in force for
that State.
CRC, Article 41: Nothing in the present Convention shall affect any provisions
which are more conducive to the realization of the rights of the child and
which may be contained in:
(a) The law of a State party; or
(b) International law in force for that State.
CMW, Article 81(1): Nothing in the present Convention shall affect more favourable
rights or freedoms granted to migrant workers and members of their families
by virtue of:
(a) The law or practice of a State Party; or
(b) Any bilateral or multilateral treaty in force for the State Party concerned.
