Preparation
The CSD-16 Partnerships Fair Guidelines are now available, including request forms for Partnerships Presentations and Information Desks
Key Components of the CSD-16 Partnerships Fair
- "Partnerships in Practice" Interactive discussions: Sessions will be organized to generate dialogue on practical issues related to partnerships in the CSD 16/17 thematic cluster and on issues common to all partnerships.
- Partnership Presentations: Registered partnerships will have the opportunity to make presentations about their initiatives as well as engage in an open discussion with participants during sessions (40 -50 minute time slots).
- Partnerships Information Desks: A small number of desks will be available upon request to CSD registered partnerships. Partnership representatives will be able to display and distribute information related to their partnership and be available to discuss their work with CSD-16 delegates. The desks will be located in the neck area (situated in the corridor between the Vienna Café and the elevators in the 1st basement of the Conference Building at UNHQ).
As CSD-16 will review progress in the areas of Africa, Agriculture, Desertification, Drought, Land and Rural Development, we are particularly encouraging partnerships working in these areas to take advantage of the CSD Partnerships Fair activities to share their experiences.
