Summary

The side event will deal with the importance to address vulnerabilities to make sustainable the development. It will rely on the collective book that Ferdi has just published, entitled “Financing Sustainable Development: Addressing Vulnerabilities”. The side event will gather the views of high level representatives of least developed, lower-middle income and developed countries, and well-known economists (some of whom are authors of the Ferdi’s book) on how to deal with these vulnerabilities, their assessment, and which funding, instruments and means of implementation are needed and relevant to tackle them efficiently.
