Summary

Focusing on female Members of Parliament, this side event will pay special attention to the role domestic resource mobilisation plays in achieving key goals such as gender equality and women’s empowerment. The session will also include a briefing on the emerging Post-2015 Financing for Development consensus and the draft Sustainable Development Goals as well as an interactive Q&A section that will serve as a basis for a toolkit that aims to guide female parliamentarians in their work on resource mobilisation in their national contexts.
