The Ad Hoc Committee continued its general debate and heard the statements made by the representatives of Argentina, Brazil, China, South Africa and the United States, as well as by the representative of the International Labour Organization.
The representatives of the following non governmental organizations also made statements: World Blind Union (on behalf of Disabled Peoples’ International, Inclusion International, Rehabilitation International, the World Federation of the Deaf, the World Federation of Deafblind and the World Network of Users and Survivors of Psychiatry), the World Federation of Deaf and Inclusion International.
4th meeting
The Ad Hoc Committee continued its general debate and heard statements made by the representatives of Australia, Canada, Uganda and Uruguay.
The representative of Disabled People’s International also made a statement.

Le Comité spécial poursuit son débat général en entendant des déclarations des représentants de l'Argentine, du Brésil, de la Chine, de l'Afrique du Sud et des États-Unis, ainsi que par le représentant de l'Organisation internationale du Travail.
Les représentants des organisations non gouvernementales suivantes prennent également la parole : Union mondiale des aveugles (au nom de Disabled Peoples’ International, Inclusion International, Rehabilitation International, World Federation of the Deaf, World Federation of Deafblind et World Network of Users and Survivors of Psychiatry), World Federation of Deaf et Inclusion International.
