The TRAIN-SEA-COAST Programme (TSC) is based on three major interactive partners: in different countries.
The Central Support Unit at UN/DOALOS
The GEF International Waters Chief Technical Advisers
Each of the partners performs specific tasks and contributes to the TSC Programme in its particular capacity (See graphic below).
