Terminology
Slot date: Document submission date; agreed between author department and DGACM (documents requiring ACABQ review are normally submitted to ACABQ and DGACM simultaneously. ACABQ reports do not have a slot date).
Issuance date: Expected document issuance date (projected by DGACM upon receipt of document, based on word count and other factors).
Status
- To be submitted: Document is pending submission to DGACM.
- Processing: Document has been submitted to DGACM for editing and translation.
- Issued: Document has been issued on ODS.
Navigation tips:
- Use the filters on the left to refine results (e.g. select "Issued" under the Status filter to view all issued documents)
- In the list, click + beside an agenda item to expand and view document titles and symbols. Click − to collapse items.
