*The Economic and Social Council decided to further postpone the nomination of two members from Western European and other States; one for a term beginning on the date of election and expiring on 31 December 2017 and one for a three-year term beginning on 1 January 2016 and expiring on 31 December 2018 (see ECOSOC’s decisions 2015/201 B and D of 8 April and 15 May 2015 as well as GA decision 70/414 of 28 October and 10 December 2015 (A/69/PV.42 and 71).
